1. Services Not Yet Started


  • Refunds may be considered only if:

    • No work has been performed on your project

    • No deliverables have been created or provided

    • The service cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment

    • And, a written cancellation notice is provided to hello@happyranks.com


2. Technical Issues

  • Refunds may be considered in cases of:

    • Proven technical failures on our part that prevent service delivery

    • Inability to access required client systems due to technical incompatibilities disclosed after payment


3. Service Cancellation

  • If you choose to cancel services after work has begun, no refund will be provided

  • Any completed work or deliverables will remain your property as per our Terms & Conditions

  • Monthly or ongoing service plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period

  • Strategy documents and recommendations (once provided)

  • Any custom content creation or website modifications

  • Time-based consulting services (once sessions are completed)

  • Third-party tool subscriptions or licensing fees


2. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds are generally not available

  • In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion


3. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate service termination

  • We will provide necessary documentation to payment processors to contest invalid chargebacks

  • Account access may be suspended pending dispute resolution


Payment Processor Compliance

This refund policy is designed to comply with Stripe's requirements and other payment processor terms. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital services are considered "delivered" once work begins or deliverables are provided
