1. Services Not Yet Started
Refunds may be considered only if:
No work has been performed on your project
No deliverables have been created or provided
The service cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment
And, a written cancellation notice is provided to hello@happyranks.com
2. Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
Proven technical failures on our part that prevent service delivery
Inability to access required client systems due to technical incompatibilities disclosed after payment
3. Service Cancellation
If you choose to cancel services after work has begun, no refund will be provided
Any completed work or deliverables will remain your property as per our Terms & Conditions
Monthly or ongoing service plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period

3. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate service termination
We will provide necessary documentation to payment processors to contest invalid chargebacks
Account access may be suspended pending dispute resolution
